UK exclusive! Alde-approved antifreeze in a new 100% recyclable 20 litre container
Alde have developed a more environmentally friendly replacement for the 25 litre plastic jerrican (4070123). The new product comes in a 20 litre Lube Cube (40UK702), with the container and antifreeze made in the UK by Fuchs Lubricants.
The Lube Cube is a single use, 100% recyclable container comprising of a splash-proof cardboard box, inbuilt handles and tap and plastic bladder.
The stackable Lube Cubes reduce transport costs by allowing 60% more litreage to be condensed on a pallet. Compared to a jerrican, the Lube Cube uses 79% less plastic in its construction. Afterwards the cardboard box can be collapsed and the bladder removed and rinsed, greatly reducing space in dry recycling bins.
It is an ISO 14001 objective of Alde to completely replace the 25 litre jerrican in the UK.
